I visited this salon recently for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience that resulted in real physical harm. My appointment was already rescheduled by an hour and then ran a further 30 minutes late. I was not offered any water or beverage during this long wait and had to go outside to purchase my own. However, the main issue was the service itself. Before starting, I explicitly told the technician that my cuticles are delicate. In a professional salon, delicate cuticles are handled with cuticle softener, gentle pushing, warm towels, and soothing lotions, never aggressive cutting. Here, none of those care steps were used. Instead, the cuticle trimming was so aggressive and painful that I nearly screamed out and had to stop the pedicure completely. Nearly every single finger and toe was left bleeding, raw, and severely inflamed. To make matters worse, acetone was actually applied directly over the open, bleeding skin, causing intense burning. Despite me bleeding, being visibly distressed, and having to halt the treatment midway, no gesture of a partial refund or fee adjustment was offered out of basic courtesy. I left the salon with at least nine raw, bleeding cuticles. The damage was so severe that I had to visit my GP the following day and was prescribed an antibiotic cream to treat the inflammation and prevent a serious infection. To be clear, the technician was polite, sweet, and took my immediate feedback kindly, but the technical execution was completely unsafe. Cutting live tissue to the point of active bleeding, applying harsh solvents to open wounds, and causing medical complications is unacceptable. While I’ve had a minor nick on a finger in the past, I have never experienced anything like this, in fact it has never happened at my usual salon, and certainly not to this extent. My fingers and toes are now covered in plasters and require daily wound care. A salon treatment should be relaxing, but this resulted in severe pain and medical complications instead. I am not asking for a refund, as I am not fussed about the money. However, since the salon provides no email address to send a direct complaint, I am leaving this review to alert management to this serious safety issue and to urge them to properly train their staff on safe cuticle care and hygiene practices. Attached: my toes and fingers covered in plasters a day after the “treatment”. I was advised by the GP to not put socks on, to go barefoot for as long as I can, to avoid soaking in water, to basically stay at home and become slave to my healing hands and feet! So much for my weekend plans.

Both Mona and Sharon had a lovely energy as I arrived, very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I had dermaplanning, hyrdrafacial and a massage all done by Mona all of which were all lovely experiences which I'd be happy to pay for again. She was attentive and ensured that the right pressure was applied and I was comfortable throughout all treatments. Left feeling refreshed. Will be back again.

Absolutely loved my experience at the salon! I had BIAB extensions with Hoeda, a lash lift with Baljit, and a brow lamination with Sharon, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They all did such an amazing job and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The whole team was so friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout. I'm super happy with how everything turned out and can't wait to come back. Couldn't recommend this salon enough!

Huda was so sweet, so professional and probably one of the best nail technicians I’ve had. It doesn’t happen often but meeting her really made my day and put me in a good mood after working from home all day. She’s a perfectionist and took her time even though I was her last client of the day and she’d been in back to backs.
