I’ve been coming to MM for a few years now and it’s amazing for affordable massage treatments. However, I had to leave a review after my experience yesterday. I had a deep tissue with Bea and I’ve never felt such relief from my tight, knotty shoulders. She spent a lot of time stretching rather than traditional massaging, but my GOD it has relieved tension that I’ve had in my shoulders and back for years. I slept so much better and my posture instantly improved. I’m still in shock to be honest! I can’t wait to come back to see Bea again. Incredible, thank you!

Went for a mini facial (25 mins) and a back scrub (25 mins) with Saba and I must say she was fabulous! From the second I went in she made me feel so comfortable, she asked me whether I've had these treatments before, what my skin type was, whether I had had any reactions in the past, and even asked if I was comfortable for her to do a mini massage when she moisturised my back. She did an absolutely amazing job, even scrubbing my elbows and giving me a little neck massage when doing the facial! Manchester Massage is the best value for money I've seen, and it was genuinely such a wonderful, relaxing and lovely experience. Could not recommend it more! Will definitely be back.

I am updating my opinion after a very disappointing experience. Yesterday, as soon as my massage session ended and I was still lying on the bed getting dressed, Sandy took my phone and asked me to leave a review. She stood over me while I was writing it, making sure I posted it. Because of that, any previous positive review under my name should be disregarded, as I did not feel comfortable giving an honest opinion at the time. Unfortunately, I can no longer find that review to remove it. During the massage, I also noticed her repeatedly tearing pieces of the paper covering on the massage bed to blow her nose, which I found very unhygienic and unprofessional. Since the appointment, I have become extremely unwell with flu-like symptoms and severe sinus issues. The right side of my face is swollen, and my body has been aching since the massage. While I cannot say with certainty what caused my illness, the hygiene standards I witnessed during the session left me very concerned. Another uncomfortable aspect of the treatment was that she massaged my breast area without asking for consent or explaining what she was doing beforehand. This caught me off guard and made me feel very uncomfortable. It's disappointing because my first visit to this spa in October last year was excellent, which is why I returned. However, after this experience, I will not be coming back. I believe customers should be able to leave honest reviews without pressure, and professionalism, hygiene, and clear communication should always be a priority.

Hi, my wife and I came in for a massage, and we had such an incredible experience from start to finish. Firstly, the receptionist Lisa was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, it really set the tone for a relaxing visit. Anisa massaged me, and I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had in my life. No exaggeration. Today I truly discovered what a real, professional massage should feel like. She is exceptionally skilled, experienced, and intuitive—she knew exactly where every pressure point and knot was and released them perfectly. The level of care, technique, and precision she has is honestly rare. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. I genuinely could not stop talking about how amazing she was afterwards, my wife can confirm, I’ve been going on about it for hours! She is absolutely outstanding, and from now on I will always be coming back and asking specifically for Anisa. She is truly one of a kind. My wife Mobina was also extremely happy with her massage. She said Dila was fantastic, had very strong hands, and gave a deeply relaxing treatment. The head massage was especially beautiful and calming. We also really appreciated that they kindly used our own oils. Overall, such a high-quality, relaxing, and memorable experience. Thank you all so much، we will definitely be coming back

Came here for an Indian head massage and i was not disappointed. A a friendly welcome on reception. My massage therapist was able to improvise and adapt my massage to my needs, a very relaxing and beneficial treatment. I had a much better nights sleep and happy to say that my persistent headache has gone. I will definitely be back in the future and i highly recommend these guys!

Had a great deep tissue massage from Zara, she was very skilled and professional, got knots I didn't even know I had until she was working on them! Paid for a 1 hour 50 minute massage and got exactly that length, great time keeping. Had a lovely experience. The receptionist is also very funny and polite!
