If you are looking for a massage (especially deep tissue of Thai) you can’t go wrong with Maresia Spa. Every massage I’ve had here has been fantastic especially today’s deep tissue with DeeDee. Plus the rooms are lovely, air conditioned, and the massages are fairly priced. Definitely recommend.

I visited Maresia Spa & Massage in Enfield for my birthday yesterday and honestly had the most wonderful first experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was so calm, peaceful, and welcoming. Every member of staff was incredibly attentive and kind — from the receptionist to the lovely lady who helped me in the changing room. I truly felt cared for throughout my visit. The steam room was such a lovely addition and left my skin feeling amazing afterwards. But the highlight of my visit was definitely my hot stone massage with Nang. She was absolutely incredible — truly a 10/10 experience. Her skill, professionalism, attentiveness, and care were outstanding. The pressure she used was perfect, and I really appreciated how she checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I could genuinely feel years of tension and stored pain being released from my body. She managed to work through knots I didn’t even realise I’d been holding onto for so long. I left feeling lighter, calmer, healed, and completely renewed. I cannot recommend Nang highly enough, and I’ll absolutely be returning as a loyal customer. Thank you so much for making my birthday feel so special! ☺️💖💕✨️

I recently had the most amazing massage experience, and I can’t recommend it enough. After weeks of dealing with persistent back and neck pain, I finally decided to treat myself, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the environment was calm, clean, and welcoming. Everything was spotless and well organised, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I had the pleasure of meeting Lillie, who provided my deep tissue massage, and she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to understand where I was experiencing the most tension and worked through it with real skill and care. Her technique was both precise and soothing, striking the perfect balance between firm pressure and relaxation. By the end of the session, the difference was unbelievable. The pain and stiffness I had been struggling with for weeks had melted away, and I genuinely felt like a new person, completely refreshed, relaxed, and almost like a newborn baby again. Overall, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you’re dealing with any kind of muscle tension or just need to unwind, I highly recommend booking a session, you won’t regret it.

The most wonderful, spiritually freeing, calming and relaxing massage ever. She really worked my whole body, giving each and every part its due diligent attention. I was amazed by her skills. 30 mins felt like 1 hour. I will definitely be coming here on a regular basis. I got the thai massage.
