I’ve been seeing Wahida for years for a range of treatments including electrolysis, laser, and massages, and she is absolutely amazing. She is so experienced, professional, and always makes you feel completely comfortable no matter the treatment. The results have always been fantastic and consistent, and you can really tell she takes pride in her work. What stands out the most is how much she genuinely cares — she takes her time, explains everything properly, and creates such a calm, welcoming environment. I always leave feeling looked after and confident. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend her to anyone considering treatments.

I have had the best experience with Wafa, I have seen her for over 3 years for laser and she has always made me so comfortable. On only the 2nd laser session the hair had drastically stopped and slowed in growth, it was finer and much lighter. I would advise anyone who wants to get laser to get it with Wafa, she is the besttt, I still have 3 sessions left now and I’m so excited to see results. :))

After a fantastic massage which I raved to friends about as possibly one of the best I’ve had in the uk. I arrived this time for a face massage which while sitting waiting in the salon for my therapist, I was told that the slot had been double booked and they could only help much later this afternoon. This is the second cancellation in as many weeks. That’s not on! The 1st cancellation I happened to see on ClassPass when checking timings, no message, no heads up, no appreciation of people’s time. Between the salon and booking platforms these guys need to sort their booking slots out. Not impressed.

I’ve been seeing Waffa 22 May, and I can honestly say she is an exceptional massage therapist. She has an incredible sense of the body and always knows exactly where the tension is. Every session leaves me feeling completely renewed — like a newborn person. She releases deep tension and stress with skill and intuition. I recently had my first CO₂ laser treatment with Wahida, for xanthelasma, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
