usually, i am quite satisfied with the service i receive at this salon. unfortunately, this was not the case yesterday. the lady that did my pedicure didn’t know what she was doing. too much soap in the water, no towel for my feet to rest on. the lack of consistency was noticeable from the last time i was here just over a month ago. she over-filed my toenails and then said they were ‘weak’ - of course they they were over-filed! were! i can press on my nails and feel how thin they are, especially the big toes. she cut some of the nails way too low and one of the toes now is raw and hurting. she painted the nails so unevenly and even flooded my cuticles with the nail polish. i had to remind her to get rid of the dead skin under my big toes properly. i expresses my dissatisfaction with the service and was asked why. the first thing i mentioned was how she flooded my cuticles with nail polish and she started using the cuticle cutter to get rid of the extra paint when she had already over-cut my cuticles. i just told her to leave it alone because i was very fed up at this point. i was offered a £3 reduction in price, at the time i took it because i didn’t even want to argue, but the service i received is not even worth £30 with the £3 taken off. i would like a FULL refund.

Been going here since January consistently for my nails and feet xx staff is always so friendly and especially the manager. Always offering drinks and making sure we’re comfortable. These are my nails after about 1 month and 2 weeks ! I’ll be taking them off for a fresh set but as you can see they’ve lasted me a very long time. They were done by @softtouchmichael who works in the salon. Very professional and knowledgable about nails.

My experience at this salon was highly unprofessional and concerning. During my eyelash appointment, the manager’s young daughter was in the treatment room, causing constant disruption by banging on doors and handling my personal belongings. This created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment for a service that requires care and focus. My eyes became irritated during the procedure, and while the lash technician did her best to assist, another staff member repeatedly pressured me to begin my nail service despite my clear discomfort. Although the manager briefly asked if I was okay, she chose to prioritize moving the technician on to another client rather than ensuring my wellbeing. I left with painful, blurry eyes and an overall impression that customer care was secondary to profit. For the sake of future customers, I strongly advise against booking here until serious improvements are made.

I came here in January and I had a somewhat pleasant experience, I got a Hollywood wax, pedicure with acrylic overlay, eyebrow threading I paid 74 in total £20 cash and £54 card. Which seemed reasonable so I went again in March only to get a pedicure and acrylic overlay. I was charged £55 the girl charging looked confused and the Asian nail tech said £35 but she was instructed to charge that amount by her manager. If you want less waiting time and better service along with consistent prices go somewhere else. There’s honestly no reason why you should be charged £55 for that service alone when a trainee is doing the pedicure and rips off toenails instead of using a tool, made me sit in the water for 20mins with no one attending to me to the point the water went cold. Furthermore I was only meant to get overlay on the big toes but because the technician ripped my toenails off there wasn’t anything to paint so I had to get acrylic on all toes. I paid less in January than now but I’ll never return. The service is bad, they don’t treat customers well, customers were leaving after waiting 1hr+ just to get their nails done. The Salon has a good incentive of the one stop shop type of vibe but it needs to be done properly.

I got overcharged for a hairstyle that was not done properly. From the beginning I could see there was no organisation. I paid £ 160 for something that never looked good. I asked boho braids and this is what I got. It started unraveling in the salon and while walking to my car. They tried to charge me more. Towards the end they started neglecting my hair because some white girls came in, she didn’t bother finishing my hair properly. They said that my nails looked bad and they could do better. It was like my hair didn’t matter anymore. The only positive is that the hair wash was great. Please don’t come to this shop. In dalston they do it for a lot cheaper and much better. I wish I could get a refund. It was just a whole mess. I had to start it over when I got home so what was the point of going to the hairdresser. Had to pay again to fix their mess. They didn’t customise it either. I had to cut and shape at home I see the reply and just letting you know nobody advised me of anything. They just did the hair. Plus if I knew it would look like this at the end. I would have said something. I had a lot of trust in it and the fact that they took videos made me think it was a good job.
