From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The receptionist was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. It's rare to find someone so genuinely attentive and professional. The owner deserves special recognition as well. They are not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, reassuring, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional. The entire team creates a welcoming atmosphere, and it's clear they take great pride in providing a first-class service. The facilities are well-maintained, the standards are incredibly high, and every interaction felt personal rather than rushed. My first time at Mazu and it was a great experience. I had the Luxury Signature Head Spa Treatment (75min) and absolutely loved it. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend. The description says it includes arm/hand massage which my treatment didn’t but I’d forgotten it said that & I’m sure if I’d asked it would have been given. The treatment was wonderful so still 5 stars. All the staff were so nice too, it was my birthday and they gave me a little cup cake with the post treatment herbal tea (which was so good). I’ll definitely be going back.

The selection of treatments is incredible and they are of exceptionally high quality and really fabulous. The place is spotlessly clean, airy and bright and I just love coming to MAZU as they treat all of their clients as VIP's. The whole team is very welcoming, friendly, punctual with their appointments and very accommodating to make sure your booking is just at the right time to suit you. Always smiley and professional, everyone there makes you feel like you are a welcomed guest in their own home. I feel amazing every time I leave...actually I already feel amazing every time I come in too :-).

Mazu is such a gem! I go here for everything: haircut, colour, treatments, nails, brows and lashes… and they’re consistently brilliant. Marcela and Mauricio are true professionals who take care of everything I need, and everyone is so warm and welcoming. The vibe is always upbeat and positive: you’re greeted with a big smile and a coffee (or even a glass of prosecco!) total princess treatment. I leave feeling not just prettier, but lighter and more energised. Couldn’t recommend it more, especially to my fellow Brazilians. It took me ages to find a place I loved after moving to London, and once I found Mazu I stopped feeling like I had to wait until a trip back to Brazil to get things done.

I am very satisfied with their work, excellent results. I have been looking for the place where I would actually feel happy about my hair and for the first time I did with Mazu Team , waxing is also done to perfection ! I am getting a laser hair removal also done with them, reliable prices, great results! Excellent work.
