Absolutely awful experience. I arrived for my appointment after spending money and time travelling there, only to find nobody there, no answer at the door and no response to calls or messages. I had already explained beforehand that I could not change my appointment due to work commitments and an important media interview, yet I was completely ignored until after I had already arrived and been left standing outside. Only once I became understandably upset did I finally receive a reply saying there was a “personal issue.” While I can sympathise with personal circumstances, basic professionalism and communication should still exist. A quick message beforehand would have saved me stress, wasted travel costs and an entire day being thrown into chaos. I was then told the next available appointment was Friday despite explaining multiple times that Friday was impossible due to clients and work commitments. There was zero effort to properly accommodate the inconvenience caused beyond repeating the same thing and offering a refund after the damage was already done. The whole situation was extremely unprofessional, disorganised and stressful. Being left outside with no communication and then having to chase for answers is unacceptable, especially when clients are paying customers with busy schedules themselves. Would not trust booking here again.

I had three Microneedling + Chem peeling sessions in this studio. My skin was burning during the procedure because it is extremely sensitive but the girls offered me a fan and made a cooling mask. My face had been peeling for the whole week after each procedure but skin looks much better after it. Recommend the salon and the procedure but it can be painful.

I had an amazing experience with the SQT treatment! My skin feels smoother, brighter, and much more refreshed. The specialist was very professional and explained everything clearly. Minimal downtime and great results — I would definitely recommend and come back again. Also Diana is always very helpful and knowledgeable she did advise on other treatments and it did work on my skin.

I had a HydroFacial and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. The whole experience felt relaxing, professional, and surprisingly gentle. My skin looked instantly brighter, smoother, and so much more hydrated. What I loved most was how clean and refreshed my face felt without many redness or irritation. The extraction step was uncomfortable but my therapist was as gentle as she could be, and seeing how clear my skin looked afterwards was incredibly satisfying. Even a few days later, my skin still feels soft, plump, and healthy. If you’re looking for something that gives visible results straight away without downtime, I’d absolutely recommend a HydroFacial. It’s definitely a treatment I’ll be coming back for.
