If I could give 0 stars I would to Beauty by Lynn. Lynn cancels her appointments last minute and without notice. When I called up to ask why, she never called back. Also I am yet to receive my refund. So if you want good customer service or just... service..., I wouldnt recommend this flaky place.

I genuinely cannot recommend this salon enough, the whole experience was incredible from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel so welcome. Being offered complimentary pastries and a cocktail on arrival instantly set the tone, such a lovely touch and not something you get everywhere. The girls were offering to take pictures and made me feel so welcome! The team were all absolutely amazing, so friendly and attentive, but I have to give a special mention to Chris! He is honestly a gem, literal diamond. Not only is he unbelievably talented, but his personality just made the whole experience at the salon memorable for life. Chris styled my hair for the races and completely exceeded my expectations. He created the most beautiful, full up do I could have ever asked for, it was really giving Palema Anderson, it was even better than I ever imagined. I didn’t know my hair could ever look the way it did. Honestly stunnning! He really went above and beyond, taking his time to make sure everything was perfect. What really stood out was how much extra care he put in. I’m quite a last minute and a bit all over the place person, but he didn’t make me feel rushed at all. He even offered to apply my eyelashes, gave me complimentary hair extensions, added a gorgeous headpiece, and offered to help fix my broken nail. What a gem 💎 Nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to find someone who is not only so skilled but also genuinely kind and accommodating. Chris made me feel amazing, and I left feeling so confident and ready for my day. I will 100% be returning and recommending him to everyone, he’s absolutely amazing 🤍

As a neurodivergent person, I can't begin to describe how much I usually loath the hairdressers. I haven't even left my first visit here and I'm excited for my next one. Chris and his staff are fabulous, so warm and friendly as well as being knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. Their service is impeccable and I can't recommend them enough. I love my new hair!

I have always been to one hairdresser in my hometown and was very apprehensive about trying elsewhere. However, I booked in with Chris for a half head of foils and he did everything he could to put me at ease. I really appreciated the in depth consultation at the start and being able to give my input throughout. His knowledge and skills are unmatched and I will definitely be back. All the staff were super attentive and it was a really friendly salon.

Well, how do I say outstanding, perfection and vision? From the moment I walked in Chris knew exactly what he needed to do to my over bleached (I thought it looked ok!) dated hair, he colour matched my Strawberry Blonde which is no mean feat and added this into my colour so I didn’t loose my blonde ambition. I had a cut and blow dry, I don’t know what magic he creates but my colour was outstanding, my blow dry was the softest and bounciest I’ve had for years and I literally left feeling like a super model! He is the absolute king of knowing what you need before you’ve even thought about it and I will never, ever, go anywhere else again!
