I had my first Hollywood wax today with Mikki and she was amazing. She made me feel completely at ease from the start, very professional, friendly and reassuring. She chatted to me throughout which really helped calm my nerves, and honestly it wasn’t nearly as painful as I expected. Such a positive first experience. Highly recommend!
