I had my hair cut here twice over the last three years, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. This time, the haircut felt very rushed and took only around five minutes, even though I have very thick, full hair that usually takes much longer to cut properly. I clearly explained that I didn’t want it cut too short because my hair is thick and naturally lifts up when it’s cut. Despite that, it was cut much shorter than I asked for. I was shocked and really upset when I saw the result. The haircut was uneven and looked nothing like what I had requested.

Hi, so I went to get a haircut and didn’t have my usual hairdresser as she was busy instead I had someone new which I believe was Nadia who did a horrible job. She did not section my hair when cutting my hair and instead did one cut in line and left it. She after began to cut my bangs however did other parts of the hair like the sunburns short and had missing junks and lengths from the front. I was surprised how quick the service was and only had one cut in the back and front. To add on that her service was far from friendly when before I have come in my hairdresser asks me how I am, my day or if I would like a drink. That is what creates a comfortable environment and also making sure your client was happy with each step which I was not. I was hesitant to even pay 30 pounds for this lady to have finished the service so quick with no communication and a poor cut. I had gotten home and looked in the mirror and there was different lengths all over my hair one side being shorter than the other and pieces longer than others. I had to immediately call back and sent pictures of how it looked and kindly got rescheduled the next day to get it fixed. I had my usual hairdresser who tried her best to fix it and looked good in the end however she had to take more length of to make it even which was disappointing and some parts in the front could not be fixed. She was very kind about the situation and her service was polite as always. She had a conversation with the manager and very nicely said that my next cut would be free so yes the customer is very good and they tried their best with a mistake that someone else made. I would not recommend her again to cut hair but will praise my hairdresser and customer service they have

I had a great experience with Swati—she gave me exactly the haircut I wanted. She was very thorough and paid close attention to detail throughout especially with the hairdye, which I really appreciated. The blowdry was great and left my hair fantastic. On top of that, she was friendly, which made the whole appointment very pleasant. I’ll definitely be going back again!

I've used the hairdresser's services twice so far (for haircuts) and I wasn't disappointed. I've had two different ladies cut my hair twice (unfortunately, I don't remember their names), and both did it exactly how I wanted. I'll definitely be back in a few months. The salon has a friendly and courteous atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
