Amy is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to health and well being. Her facials are absolutely magic. The customer service and professionalism is impeccable here. I love how comfortable Ami made me feel especially as this was my first facial cosmetic procedure. Before booking, she gave me multiple choices to chose from. This enabled me to make an informed decision on the procedure that would best suit my desired alteration. Throughout the procedure, Ami reassured me and always let me know what she was going to do before doing it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ami is very knowledgable in all things skin and aesthetics. She takes a custom approach each and every time she sees you and can offer tailored advice for your skin type and also current condition of your skin. I once went a bit crazy with the at home chemical exfoliants and I thought my skin was ruined forever. Ami explained what was going on and got me on a course of treatment and now my skin has never looked better. I have come to accept my skin type (sensitive) and Ami tailors my facials to cater to this.
