Nikki was SO sweet and easy to talk to. She really took her time and asked me how they felt during the process and how I liked them after the process. My lashes have turned out absolutely beautiful!! The best lash lift I could have asked for 🥰

Nikki is by far the most professional and kindest beauty therapist/establishment I have ever been to. I have had my brows and lashes done with her, and both have been so professionally done and the aftercare information she provides shows how kn owledgeable she is on what she does. I had a lash lift with Nikki and it’s by far the best one I have ever had. Straight after my appointment, despite how great my lashes looked, i noticed one eye’s lash wasn’t as curled as the other (they still looked great though, I just noticed this small difference). Usually I would not say anything in this situation, but Nikki had made me feel comfortable enough to let her know about any issues like this, so I contacted her and she immediately suggested I come back in so we could re-curl this one eye’s lash. She went out of her way to do this correction, even working around my schedule. I know most beauty therapists would not do this in such a kind way. I have since recommended my mum to go to Nikki and I strongly recommend anyone else to as well!

I have been seeing Nikki for waxing for a year now. I cannot recommend her more highly. The salon itself is clean, the ambience is relaxing and comfortable. Nikki always gives a flawless and painless wax, she is reassuring and a fantastic listener. She is highly qualified and knowledgable about skin problems and hair removal. I had been struggling with sensitive skin and ingrown hairs for years and she provided me with a fantastic 3 step method for waxing aftercare that she makes and sells (oil, scrub, and brush). My concerns have now completely cleared up - the oil in particular is very effective. I’ve even started using the oil for my partner’s beard after shaving and his inflammation, spots, and ingrown hairs have gone. 10/10, could sing her praises all day, would recommend to anyone who wants a chill wax and great take home aftercare products.
