The young lady at the reception was incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Melissa looked after my cleaning, and I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail. She took her time to ensure my teeth were cleaned thoroughly and, before I left, kindly asked me to feel my teeth and let her know if there were any areas that needed further attention. That level of care and dedication really stood out. The entire experience was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I had an excellent experience at NL clinic today. My husband recommended Dr Ali and he was fantastic. Really kind. Understanding, patient and listened to everything I said. He is a really lovely man and just to add very professional. The receptionist Yasmin is superb. I spoke to her first over the phone and she was brilliant and just the same face to face. Kind and bubbly. I would 10000% recommend this clinic very lovely professional people and I’m actually looking into having other treatments there. This was my first visit to NL Clinic, and the experience was very positive from start to finish. I was seen by Melissa right at my appointment time, which I appreciated. A few months ago, I had a dental infection, so I had several questions and concerns. Melissa was extremely patient in answering them and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her professionalism was evident, and I felt her advice was honest, balanced, and genuinely focused on my best interests. The scale and polish treatment was excellent. Melissa was very thorough and took her work seriously—you could tell she genuinely cared about doing a good job rather than simply rushing through the appointment. Having used hygienist services at other clinics before, I could definitely notice the difference in the quality of care. I haven't used any of the clinic's other services yet, but based on my experience with Melissa, I would highly recommend the hygienist service.

I would leave zero star if I could. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The treatment I received was not effective at all, whereas I have had the same treatment done at other clinics before and it worked perfectly fine. The treatment here was noticeably cheaper than other clinics, which initially seemed appealing, but in hindsight it made me question the quality and I should have avoided this place in the first place. The overall experience felt unprofessional, and I did not feel properly cared for as a client. I would not return, nor recommend this clinic to others.
