Paid for 1 hour wash, cut and blow dry appointment and rushed out within 30 min. If they were overbooked it could have been communicated rather than rushing me. Hair cut is fine but the attitude of staff I found to be on the whole rude.

Came back after February where they absolutely nailed my colour, not a single red tone, exactly what I asked for. They promised it’d be saved on the system. It wasn’t. They had to ring the previous stylist just to find out what she’d used. Should’ve been a red flag honestly. Walked out thinking it looked fine, got home and my roots were visibly red. Called them, came back in, asked what colour they were putting on this time, got completely ignored. And then they got dye all over my limited edition Skims jumper that cost more than this appointment because they didn’t bother to put a cape on me. Threw some hairspray on it and called it a day. The hair is still red. The jumper’s still stained. Absolute joke of a salon. On top of that I was told to pay for a blow dry again which I had just paid for 2 days ago.

Very good value and staff listen to what you want and check to ensure your happy with the outcome. I will ring to book an appointment the next time as two thirds of the time I've booked on line I've been told my appointment was double booked and I was the appointment that needed to be moved. So the online booking system thinks there is availability when there isn't

Great experience with hairdressers and permanent nails service! I have been a few times in the last few months and they have been very helpful, very friendly and done a great job across all the areas. The manicure and pedicure lasted over 3 weeks going to the beach. Would definitely go back again and recommend to a friend. Update April 2025: I want to give a special shout-out to Maria (hairstyle) and Dennis (make up) . They did an fabulous job with my bridal hair and make up last week. I've had so many compliments on how fantastic I looked and their service was excellent. Additionally in the multiple occasions I stopped by during the run up to the event, the team were so positive, friendly and welcoming and made it a great experience. Great value for money for any brides looking for fantastic results without the extortionate prices!
