I recently had the Endolift treatment with Dr. Maria, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. From the very first consultation, Dr. Maria was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. This review is for two people associated with Nova. First and foremost, it's Cristina for my face related treatments ( Chemical peel and LaserMD) . I'm associated with Nova because of her because when she advised skin treatments to me, she was never pushy to sell. Moreover, u apply a good expensive product u can see miracle on ur skin anyway but suggesting what suits you best is a key, which Cristina was splendid to do. In addition, she is not only thorough with her knowledge but she is warm as a person. She speaks well, courteous and provides all the comfort pre and post treatment. Second it is Michelle for my laser hair removal. She is quick and wonderful with her techniques. Very polite and caring during the treatment and will keep on checking my level of comfort, pain points time to time. I'm in safe hands when I'm with these two gem of ladies. My face treatment (LaserMD) has worked wonders on my skin, being validated and compliments received from friends and family. And hair removal is equally effective as they use top class equipments.Thank you to both of you. As a general observation, the whole staff and team nova are very pleasant, friendly and comforting. As on date 2nd June'26 - Van was fab. This was my first time with her, where she took care of my laser hair removal and the kind of information and support she provided was just exceptional. I really enjoyed visiting Nova Clinic. I had a skin consultation with Silvia. She is such a lovely person. She listened to my concerns and advised me accordingly. I would definitely recommend Nova Clinic to family and friends. Also, I did LaseMD with Van. She is an amazing person; very professional and very thorough with the treatment. I started going to Nova Clinic after a friend recommended it for laser hair removal, and I’m so glad I did. Michelle, who does my treatments, is incredibly gentle and lovely!! I later asked about some face treatments and had the best consultation with Silvia, with Angela on reception being the sweetest and so patient with all my bookings. They recommended a few treatments, which I had with Nurse Valentina, who is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly from start to finish. I’m very (!!!) very happy with my experience and will definitely keep treating myself here! 😊
