Had such a great experience with Alexa for the Deluxe Hydro2Facial at Our Skin Clinic. She was absolutely amazing — incredibly thorough, professional, and clearly really cared about doing an excellent job. The facial felt very complete and tailored, and she made a real effort throughout every step. I’m genuinely super happy with the results — my skin looked and felt fantastic afterwards. Wasnt going to leave a review because of what happened after the service but I had to as I genuinely had such a lovely facial, Alexa was very patient and understanding about all my questions regarding my skin issues. She constantly checked I was comfortable and explained everything she was putting on my skin and personalised it a little bit so it tailored to my skin needs. I finished the session and bought the spf and the igloo moisturiser she recommended and so far its been working really well on my skin. I would highly recommend for the service; location is a little difficult to find and I would advise be careful using phone for maps or anything in the area as there are phone snatchers lurking around (speaking from experience after my session unfortunately). The ladies were amazing despite what happened after😭.
