I’ve been coming to this spa for the past five years and it has consistently been such a wonderful experience. The service is always professional, welcoming and relaxing from the moment I arrive. Grace the owner and the full team are fantastic. They are friendly and genuinely care about making every visit feel special. The atmosphere is calming, the treatments are always delivered with care and I always leave feeling refreshed and looked after. They offer some of the best treatments and massages I’ve ever had and the quality of service is always top tier. I’ve been so impressed over the years that I’ve introduced several family members and clients to this spa too. Some of my relatives even travel from across the country just to have treatments here, which says everything about how amazing they are. After five years of regular visits, I can honestly say they have maintained an excellent standard throughout. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing, professional and consistently enjoyable experience.

I love coming to Paloma's, I feel relaxed the second I walk through the door and always leave happy. My last treatment was a head massage and a facial that’s left my skin looking amazing. Highly recommend, the staff there are lovely and treatments are well worth it. Definitely come if you want a pamper and feel good about yourself

Palomas Beauty deserves every bit of praise it gets. From the very first moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, calming, warm and the most important for me genuinely caring. The customer service, led by Grace, is outstanding, the staff set the tone with their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail. Grace makes every visit feel personal and is never rushed, and her team follow that example perfectly. The sauna experience is exceptional. It’s deeply relaxing, therapeutic and noticeably improves how I felt both physically and mentally - melts away the stress! After just one session I felt lighter, calmer and revitalised. I don’t generally write reviews but I want to share my experience because the guys deserve a positive review! I have been coming to Grace for facials for the past 7 years and I couldn’t recommend her more. She is incredibly knowledgable, full of advice and knows skin thoroughly. She does Dermologica facials and extractions, often noticing subtle changes in my skin and always remembering my skin type and goals. The BEST facialist in manchester hands down 💆♀️🧖♀️🧴🧘♀️
