I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted here about four times. I was happy with my first three treatments; they were done by three different therapists but the results were good. Unfortunately, I was really unhappy with my fourth experience. My eyebrows were threaded into two different shapes, with one eyebrow sitting higher than the other. The tint was applied messily and unevenly, and I felt the therapist really rushed through the treatment, although I was one of the first appointments of the day and there was only one other customer in the salon. After having a look at my eyebrows after I got home, I went back to the salon to see if they could be tidied up, as I wasn’t happy with how they looked. To the therapist’s credit, she agreed to try and fix them, but only partly addressed my concerns, and said that any further touch ups weren’t possible. I was still unhappy with how my brows looked, and the next day I asked if I could be refunded for the three treatments I had prepaid in advance, as I didn’t feel comfortable returning to the salon to have my eyebrows done in the future. I was told that this wasn’t possible, and only after I pushed was I offered salon credit, rather than a refund. The therapist was not necessarily rude or unkind, but it didn’t feel like a professional interaction and I left feeling disappointed and upset. I also wasn’t sure why I couldn’t be refunded for services that I had paid for and hadn’t received, this seemed pretty off to me. This experience was incredibly negative, and unfortunately I’m not comfortable returning to the salon to use any of the £60 credit I’d already paid for. It’s a real shame because my first few experiences here were positive, but now I’m £60 out of pocket with awful eyebrows.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a Hair PRP treatment today and I am very pleased with my experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the procedure clearly before starting. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I appreciated the care and attention given during the session, and the team answered all of my questions patiently. The treatment was carried out professionally, and I felt I was in safe hands from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service. I would happily recommend this clinic to anyone considering Hair PRP or other aesthetic treatments.

I recently visited this salon for a keratin treatment, and I have to say, the experience was top-notch. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. My stylist took the time to really understand my hair type and what I was hoping to achieve with the treatment. My hair is now incredibly smooth, shiny, and so much easier to manage. Styling time has been cut in half, and I can even air-dry my hair without it turning into a frizz bomb.
