Took ages to arrive, pot a lot smaller than thought, has virtually no odour and what smell it does have smells just like normal hand cream, absolute waste of money, don’t do it peoples not worth the money.

I went for a chemical peel. Ebony told me to sleep with it on my face, I got serious chemical burns. Had to go get medical help. It was so painful and unprofessional. I complain, she never help but ignore my calls . No refund was given. It was so bad I was left with damage . Won't be returning. She didn't pick up or reply to my messages Arh so you remember me, but deny what you did to me. Do you want me to put up the evidence on goggle for the mess you did to me? Do you want me to put up the photo? The phone conversation of ignoring my txt when I had to been seen by professional after you messed my face up. I advice people not to go here , as she a lier and not professional. Go to harley street in London, they save me from what she did to me. She has the cheek to not give refund considering I had to go elsewhere for medical help. Which cost a fortune to correct. Save you face and heart ache pain…instead of apology or help she make excuses on google. Disgusting ! She didn't answer my calls or reply to my wassapp message. I went for medical help who state it should not be sleep in....which she advice me to do.

Nurse Ebony was so professional and amazingly polite. Honestly such an amazing service, she listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I really wanted to leave a review because I will be coming back again!!!

Had such a lovely experience this evening. Nurse Ebony listened carefully to the look I desired and she delivered beautifully. The enviroment was very clean and calming, which is so important. So pleased with how my lips look, they are exactly what I asked for. Post care instructions were given verbally and then also sent via text. All in all a fantastic experience and result. Many thanks, couldn't be happier.😊
