Regarding the prepaid service purchased at a discounted rate, it is imperative to clarify the terms and conditions governing its utilization. Specifically, I require detailed information on the service's expiration policy, the implications of delayed commencement, and the specifics of the consultation and session purportedly provided. Furthermore, I request clarification on the refund policy under these circumstances. Understanding these parameters is crucial to ensure equitable treatment and prevent financial loss. I had previously arranged for the service, but at the time, I was not keen on participating in the consultation. I was unaware of the terms and conditions involved. Now, I intend to proceed with the service, but the management team has dissuaded me from doing so. They argue that it has been too long since the consultation was completed, and that the client could potentially lose their investment. Furthermore, they claim that the consultation has already been completed, and hence, the client is not eligible for a refund. Please inquire about the terms and conditions of any services, as they may result in a loss of funds. I will never recommend such services again and will not recommend to others. I established contact with the manager, who was exceptionally resistant on the phone. She was unable to communicate in English with limited understanding and was unable to comprehend English. I’ve had high-frequency facials for redness and sensitive skin with Elona, the new therapist, and they’ve been excellent. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly cares about what she does. I don’t usually find high-frequency treatments relaxing, but she made it so calming I nearly fell asleep. A lovely experience — highly recommended.

I went for the red carpet facial (because I'm worth it!) and had a lovely time. It was very relaxing and my skin felt amazing after. I had a lot of white heads which are now pretty much disappearing. Been there twice and thinking of making this my regular spot. It's a good addition to my usual skin regime & water drinking! Rani is my usual therapist and we always have a laugh and she's good at what she does!
