Hi, is there anyone working at Pharma Aesthetics or ADHD Diagnosis at the moment? It is day 22 without my medication. I thought I got a response but it was ab email about botox prices? Was that supposed to be for me?

Please do not use this company, I had to wait 5 days between them receiving my prescription and sending it out, and even then it was sent to an incorrect address. I had called them multiple times and had conversations over WhatsApp to change my delivery address and despite confirming the change, they still sent it to the wrong one.

Based on my limited contact with this business I would not recommend it to anyone. Since 1995 these premises have been used for numerous businesses ranging as far afield as Mobile Phones, Tanning, Training and Aesthetics. Surrounding premises have housed businesses that have been successful for decades. Consumers are not seen entering or leaving showing no signs of financial viability over decades. I recently emailed this business to make two enquiries relating to Hayfever and B12 Injections and their costs. Hayfever Injections are usually around £50-80 upwards and B12 Injections are usually £25-30 each. In a delayed response this new business quoted me £50 each or £480 for 12 followed by a invitation to provide feedback on this response. I politely told them that my current provider charges £28. My neighbour is being charged £30. To be fair they did offer to match the price but I do not trust businesses that grossly inflate their costs and then price match. I do not suspect this business will remain so for long and even suspect the price inflation is intentional to serve an underlying reason. I will be surprised if this business is in existence for April 2023.
