Honestly, had THE BEST experience ever at Pure Essentials. There is no better place in London price/quality to get your nails done. I only paid 25 pounds and my nails look soooo pretty. They also stayed for so long. I went with my best friend and we had so much fun with the two lovely ladies who did our nails. Will definitely go back and recommend to everyone!

My experience with this salon and Ms Huang Libin (黄丽斌) has been extremely distressing and disappointing.😡 I received two semi-permanent treatments by Ms Huang Libin (黄丽斌) in November 2025. In my experience, the handling of customer comments and complaints was highly unprofessional and lacked the patience and care that customers would reasonably expect. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and that responsibility for the issues raised was not properly acknowledged. Instead, I felt blamed and treated disrespectfully throughout the process. Despite the seriousness of the matter, no refund was offered despite my requests. 😡 Most concerning of all, images and recordings relating to me appeared online and on social media without what I consider to be proper consent. I formally requested removal multiple times, yet the content continued to remain accessible for a significant period of time. This caused me considerable emotional distress and serious concerns regarding privacy and the handling of personal data. 😡 Consumers should be aware that once personal images are placed online, the impact can be long-lasting. I strongly encourage anyone considering this salon to carefully evaluate their approach to customer care, complaint handling, professionalism, and respect for client privacy before proceeding with any treatment.😤 After the second semi-permanent treatment by Ms Huang Libin (黄丽斌) , my lower eyeliners appeared uneven and uneven in thickness. The shape of my upper lips also appeared asymmetrical, with the right upper side of lip positioned higher than the left. 😡 I reserve all rights regarding this matter.

Athena is an angel - so accommodating, responsive, and attentive. She makes you feel welcome and taken care of. I have been here twice for emsculpt hut excited to try other offerings too, such as their Korean glass facial. Prices are the best I’ve seen for some of their services. Location is convenient. Would highly recommend! I’ve also had a lymphatic drainage massage with Maisie, which was wonderful - so relaxing and effective. She also has very calming energy and applied perfect pressure. Would definitely recommend, and will come back!

I have no idea how this salon has high reviews....I spent over an hour getting "infills" and a shellac manicure, only to be charged £30 for the absolute worst manicure I've ever received. I could've done a better job myself and saved plenty of money and time! The technician was so rough with my hands and nails, I have cuts on 5 different fingers. She also only painted a portion of my nail until I asked her to go back and paint it properly. Because she painted them so terribly, she then used a cuticle cutter to take off the extra paint, resulting in cutting my natural nail/cuticle to bleed. I will NEVER return to this salon, and I highly suggest you don't go here!
