If I could give more stars I would. This is my first time at pure synergie and will definitely be the first of many! I had the glass skin facial and a full body massage with Chloe today and I honestly enjoyed every minute of my experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, the lovely lady on reception was super attentive, I felt at ease as soon as I entered. The downstairs area for the beauty treatments has a perfect atmosphere, dim lighting, calming music, lovely aromatherapy scents in the air, and all of the extra touches were lovely too, little wipes, a comb and elastic to tie your hair etc, all included with the treatment, I just thought that was a really cute extra! Chloe started with a massage, which to be honest I fell asleep part way through because it was so relaxing, perfect pressure for me. Then I had the facial which exceeded my expectations! My skin looks insanely good, feels so plump hydrated and glowy. Couldn’t be happier, thank you so much Chloe, 10/10 service! Couldn’t recommend Chloe and the salon in general more! I will be in again soon 💕

I love this place. Great vibes, decor and I've been treated to a glass of proseco more than once! I've come here for full head dye/touch-up with Patryk and one haircut so far with May. Patryk is brilliant every time. He has managed to achieve the exact ginger colour I want, with consistent coverage, and consistent colour each time. This is not something I can say for my previous 5 hairdressers (I've moved around in London a lot). It is very hard and he did it straight from the first session! Could not recommend enough. He's also great fun. May did a fantastic job on my haircut. I had a trim to cut off dead ends and she identified the best place to trim from. I also needed layers adding back in and despite my hair being thick she deftly and quickly got it work, did it better than I imagined and finished it with a fab brush curl blow-dry.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Patryk is hands down one of the best hairdressers I have had for a while. He somehow manages to make my hair look great even while I’m growing it out and it’s in that awkward in-between phase. That’s not easy — but he makes it look intentional every time. He’s helped me grow my hair back properly without it ever looking wild or shapeless (no toilet brush vibes, thankfully). He knows exactly what to trim, what to leave, and how to guide the process so it actually works. On top of that, he’s funny, easy to talk to, and our appointments are always full of good banter. It’s rare to find someone who’s both genuinely talented and makes the whole experience enjoyable. He’s been my go-to for a while now — and for good reason. Highly recommend.
