I've been coming to Mia at Pure Wax for months now and won't book with anyone else. She's thorough, efficient, and makes the whole experience about as pain-free as waxing gets. She really knows what she's doing. She's also genuinely lovely to chat to, which puts you completely at ease and makes appointments fly by. Great, easy to get to location too. Highly recommend!

Carla was an absolute gem! She knows how to make her clients feel comfortable and safe while never compromising on her professionalism. I was very apprehensive about the process at first because it was my first time, but she helped put me at ease and even gave me some tips and advice. My skin is glowing thanks to her magical hands and I feel much better from the inside out. I’ll definitely be seeking her and PureWax out again!

I had my very first wax today and was honestly so anxious going in, but Mia completely changed that experience for me. From the moment I met her, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She has amazing interpersonal skills and made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. She talked me through every step, which really helped calm my nerves, and her attention to detail was impeccable. The service itself was outstanding, and the environment was spotless, which made me feel even more confident in the experience. I genuinely cannot thank Mia enough — she turned something I was so nervous about into such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, especially first-timers! I visited Pure Wax with my mum for facial treatments, and we were both extremely satisfied with the experience! The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are very professional and attentive. A big thank you to Evelina, who was our therapist – she was amazing! I highly recommend her for her professionalism and care. I would also recommend Adelina and Mia for eyelash lift and deep cleansing facial treatments – the results were beyond expectations! We will definitely be coming back ❤️
