Honestly, I must say Döndü and Songül really worked their magic! I recently had fresh hair extensions fitted, and both the extensions and my own hair were coloured—everything blended perfectly. They listened carefully to what I wanted and worked seamlessly as a team. Songül got the colour absolutely spot on, matching everything beautifully, and Döndü was incredibly efficient when applying the extensions—quick but with great attention to detail. On top of that, the hospitality was amazing. They are both so warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend them!

I had an awful experience at Rapunzels Hair and Beauty. I went in asking for honey blonde/ caramel highlights, but was left with a complete mess. The stylist left bleach in my hair for so long that some sections developed to a platinum blonde, and when they tried to tone it down, it actually turned grey. I ended up with one part of my hair looking ashy blonde and another section a very brassy brown – nothing like the honey blonde highlights I had asked for. When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, the staff tried to undermine me, telling me that “highlights vary” and that this is “how it’s supposed to be.” Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they still expected full payment, insisting that what they had done was exactly what I had asked for. They tried to charge me for long hair, even though the colour process was applied after a cut! I was charged £75 for a treatment that has left my hair damaged and uneven, and now I’m having to go elsewhere to get it corrected. The lack of accountability on their behalf was honestly shocking. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy service.

Best balayage I’ve ever had!!!!!! So beautiful and creamy blonde just how I wanted it. The hairdresser name is Anca and she is the best and defo someone who I trust with my hair. She listened to what I wanted and gave me advice and ideas on how my process would go. She’s amazing!!!
