I walked into this acupuncture clinic today because I was genuinely looking for help. While I was trying to explain my symptoms and what I’ve been suffering with, the practitioner kept looking outside at a man passing by the window instead of listening to me. She even called out to him to come inside, then walked outside to speak with him at the door while I was still there waiting. I felt completely ignored and dismissed as a customer and as a person. It was very uncomfortable and disrespectful. Ironically, if I hadn’t walked into the shop, that man probably wouldn’t even have noticed the place. What upset me most was that the moment he came in, he told her he was “just looking,” while I was actually there seeking treatment and trying to explain my health concerns. Very disappointing experience.

I've been working overtime too much, and my shoulders, neck and waist have been aching faintly. Had a shoulder &neck massage treatment here,the therapist is very professional ,she did focus about my shoulder and neck problems,after treatment I felt really newborn.

Very bad service. I went to the store asking whether they could do a massage. And they said yes. But apparently it was a lie. I waited in a cold treatment room with only one thin blanket for 30 minutes. When I complained about that, they even wanted to sent the receptionist, which is not a professional therapist, do the massage for me. They could have told me there was no slots today, which is totally understandable. But a lie is not. Such bad manners… not recommended at all, poor facility, bad service, doesn’t care about the customer, only cares about money and poorly managed. Do not go unless you want to be treated as a money cow.

Had acupuncture treatment with Dr Wang for my stiff shoulder , that was amazing result. He is the one of the best Chinese TCM Doctor I met in the world,very reliable. Also the full body massage from the lady therapist was very professional,she adapted the pressure for my request,very kindly! The treatment room neat and clean , with the relaxation music,I felt received a wonderful experience. Definitely will come back and recommend to anyone who is looking for massage and stiff neck treatment.

Visited this neighbourhood Chinese Medical Clinic to get some medicine to treat guts on my left foot. Dr Xiao Long and the receptionist from Taiwan were very friendly. Much appreciated the professional medical advices given.
