I had such a lovely experience at this clinic. The space itself is beautiful, really clean, professional and in such a nice area. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into everything and it immediately made me feel comfortable. The consultation was honestly one of the most thorough I’ve had. We spent a long time talking through my skin concerns and nothing felt rushed at all. I really appreciated how honest and kind they were and a personalised treatment plan was made for me focusing on improving my skin quality. The team is made up of very knowledgeable, lovely people who really care about what they do, their patients and giving them beautiful results. I had a polynucleotide treatment under my eyes & across my face to help with under eye darkness and skin laxity. Everything was explained in depth, including why that particular product was recommended for my skin and nothing felt rushed at all which I found really reassuring. The injections themselves were surprisingly comfortable and probably the least painful injecting experience I’ve had because they were done so gently. Aftercare was explained really clearly and I also received a follow up email with all the information which I thought was such a nice touch. You don’t see polynucleotide results straight away, but even one day later I’ve recovered really well. Overall I left feeling really happy and I’m excited to go back. I’ve already recommended the clinic to friends because I know they’ll be in very good hands!
