I've been seeing Teri for years and have followed her to different salons because she's simply that good. She is gentle, professional, honest, and genuinely cares about achieving the best results for her clients. She works with real passion, and I always leave happy. We booked a pre-paid double appointment with Terri through Treatwell, 2 weeks in advance of the appointment, to the value of £50. When we turned up for the appointment, there was no one at the address. I called the number on the Google listing multiple times and sent WhatsApp messages and received no response from either. We spent quite a long time on the street trying to get our money back from Treatwell and also book an alternative appointment at another salon. What was meant to be a fun pre-holiday treat quickly became quite stressful. Later that evening, Terri finally responded that she was on holiday. She did initially offer a free treatment as an apology, but it became quite apparent that we were an irritant and had inconvenienced her. She spent quite a lot of time blaming Treatwell and had little empathy for our experience. At this point I just wanted a refund, which I had to ask for. The refund through Treatwell has a 10-day policy, which is less than ideal. Terri’s main focus from this point became about removing the review I had left whilst standing on the street outside her salon. My initial thought was that it was a scam and I had written a review to this effect. Terri’s manner from this point onwards was less than pleasant. All in all, a shocking display of customer service,

I had my first anti-cellulite/body contouring treatment at Rejuvenation Hub, which included cavitation, radio frequency and vacuum suction lymphatic drainage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The new clinic is absolutely beautiful – it’s clean, bright, airy and instantly makes you feel relaxed. Terri was brilliant from start to finish. She took the time to explain every step of the treatment, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely confident in her knowledge and ability to help me achieve great results. I’ve visited rejuvenation hub twice now and was extremely happy both times, first time I had a skin booster jalupro and omg I had so many compliments just from the first session. Didn’t hurt at all felt really comfortable and was explained everything step by step. Second I had the best facial I’ve had in my life lol soo relaxing, i actually forgot where I was it was super chill and peaceful so lovely and gentle. My face was left super glowed and hydrated.
