I recently had my first ExoMind neurostimulation session in London at Reshape Clinic, and it was a really positive experience from the moment I arrived. I have been coming to the Reshape clinic for about 6 months. At 47 I started to notice that stubborn weight around my midriff and a noticeable softening of skin under my arms. For my midriff, I’ve just completed a course of Exion Body and whilst the full results can take up to 12 weeks to materialise, I have already noticed a difference as frankly my old clothes fit. For my arms I used Softwave, a single treatment to tighten the skin and the results also are really good. The team are lovely, professional, knowledgeable and kind. The pricing is really reasonable, the appointments are flexible and there’s no downtime. If you are looking for a non invasive treatment that delivers lasting results, then these have worked for me.

Great EMS experience. Clean, modern clinic and friendly staff. The treatment is quite unusual, but the ladies explained everything before and during the treatment, so it was not unexpected. I personally felt the effect after few hours already. Tummy definitely feels more toned. Would love to come try other areas.

I've just had a course of 6 sessions on the Exomind machine to help with Brian fog, fatigue and poor focus and I have to say the results have exceeded my expectation. Not only do I feel so much lighter in the head, I feel more focused, the tension in my neck and shoulders has cleared and I walked up feeling more alert rather than the brain fog I've been having. Thank you, Lauren has been amazing in looking after me. Highly recommend to anyone who struggling with stress, low mood, poor focus and brain fog. Probably other things too.
