I’ve just had my first consultation at Retriva and I’m already looking forward to coming back to continue my skin journey. Noelli was incredibly professional, attentive, and really took the time to listen to both my needs and my concerns, which made me feel completely at ease. I had a Hydrafacial and noticed results almost immediately!! My skin looks fresher, clearer, and glowing. Even other people have commented on it, which says a lot! I’m now planning to try microneedling next and feel really confident moving forward with their care.

I always have had problems with my skin, being so sensitive and acne prone. It got to a point where my mental health is getting affected by it. I did my research and I found out microneedling will help my skin. I was hesitant at first because I’ve not done this before and it’s all new to me. I went online and found this clinic, Retriva Aesthetic Clinic based in Chelsea. I was double thinking if I should go or not but my worries and troubles were cleared off once I got there. I did a consultation with the lead nurse or consultant. Her name is Noelli. She did not only cleared my worries, but she gave me a peace of mind by not only saying results but also showing it. The consultation was in-depth and very thorough. Noelli made sure I said all my concerns and the results I am after. I mentioned about my acne scars, and prone to acne. After the consultation, she recommended doing Microneedling as this will help lessen my acne scars but also heal it. She talked me through how it will go and what I will feel during and after the procedure. I have put my faith in her and she delivered perfectly. I dont the Microneedling and every step felt like I was being taken care of. The moment I stepped in the clinic, going to the room, during the procedure and after. Everything was perfect. I came in with worries, but came out with a clear mind and happy demeanor. Noelli’s skills are top-notch. She put my feelings and face first before anything else. She was with me all the way through and made sure I was comfortable and there was no discomfort. After the procedure, she talked me what I will feel after, and the effects of it. To say that I am satisfied is under-valueing it. I was more than satisfied, I was on cloud 9. I came in with worries, but came out with a smile on my face. I will be doing a regular Microneedling with Retriva again and with Noelli. 10/10

I had Hydrafacial and Ultherapy here recently and I’m really happy with the results. The Hydrafacial made my skin feel super clean, smooth, and hydrated right after. My pores looked less obvious and my skin had a nice glow — it really helped with my dull skin and clogged pores. I also decided to try Ultherapy as I started noticing signs of ageing. I like that the results are gradual but noticeable — my skin looks firmer and more lifted in a natural way. My Ultherapy was done by Nurse Noelli, she was gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout. The clinic environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional, which made the whole experience very pleasant. Overall, a really good experience. Very happy that I chose to come here and will definitely come back again 👍

I’ve been having hydrafacial treatment for my face at Retriva Clinic and I’m currently 4 sessions and already seeing really good results! I recently had an Ultherapy treatment at Retiva Clinic with Noelli, and to say I’m satisfied would be a complete understatement.
