Very disappointing, got late a little late due to unforeseen circumstances, the lady refused to do my massage or refund my £25 deposit. I asked to give me a massage for the remaining time and she still refused. Then she messaged me if I would like to re book, I asked her if could use my deposit and re book but she said that I won’t get my deposit back. Totally unacceptable and I empathetic. I’ll AVOID this place. 1. I came 28 mins not 35 late due to unforeseen circumstances. It could happen to anyone. It could happen to you. I did call but you didn’t answer. 2. I still had 30 mins of my time left, in which you were preparing another client in my time. 3. Policies need to be fair. If you could not offer me my appointment due to late arrival on the day. Rearrange it to another day.

The best massage that I had in a really long time. Very attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back again! Massage was done by a male, I would advise to inform the salon beforehand if you are not comfortable with it to make sure female staff is available.
