Terrible customer service! I do not like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately, I’ve been left with no other choice with Roop.. I have constantly been calling them and texting on the mobile number I was provided with - I was told that in order to use my Groupon voucher, the only way to book an appointment was to message someone called Sawths (probably the manager? not sure if I spelled it correctly) which i had done several times (and called too) but unfortunately, because of the salon’s unresponsiveness, I ended up losing my voucher costing £45. Needless to say that I would not recommend your salon to anyone. Please improve your customer services and help clients with the basic of booking an appointment!

Worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I booked a blowdry through Treatwell and arrived for my 11:45am appointment, only to be greeted with no hello or welcome — just “what are you here for?” As I started explaining, I was quickly talked over and told she doesn’t do blowdries and that someone else handles them in the evenings only — despite the fact I had been able to book a morning slot. The woman was also on a FaceTime/video call while speaking to me, trying to give me the number of the person who was supposed to do my hair and telling me to call them myself. I called, but there was no answer. I was left standing there with no assistance, just being told to keep calling. Eventually, I walked out. There has been no follow-up or explanation since, yet I’ve been asked to leave a review. Completely unacceptable.

I’ve just had a micro needling treatment with Crown Satis today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was was extremely knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process. Every step was explained clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and confident. My skin already looks smoother and more refreshed.
