I had a very disappointing experience during my recent dental cleaning. The procedure was rushed, painful, and caused significant bleeding. I had to point out areas that were not cleaned, and the clinician seemed unfamiliar with the equipment, which felt unprofessional. The receptionist was also not helpful. In addition, I was charged more than the price quoted over the phone, including an extra £25 for polishing, which I understood to be part of a standard cleaning. Overall, the service fell well below expected professional standards.
