Had a full arm wax with Simran and had a really positive experience. She paid excellent attention to detail and made sure to double check everything was covered and I was happy throughout the appointment. Very professional and kind, will definitely recommend! Thank you!

The absolute state of my hair cut is awful. i asked for a long bob,to which it was cut way more than what i asked. my hair was so beautiful and long before and now it’s so so choppy and uneven as you can see. she was very heavy handed and i felt she was barely looking at my hair when cutting and was just chopping randomly whilst talking to her colleague most of the time. i genuinely don’t understand how this lady even has a license to cut hair, definitely won’t be back and now im going somewhere else to get this fixed. she even took before and after pictures. update: i have been to get it fixed. the hairdresser in the proper salon i went to said that the lady that did my hair (Sim) doesn’t know how to do layers. i’d didn’t ever even ask for layers so i don’t understand why it ended up so short. now i have to wait for these ugly layers to grow out. never ever going ever again and i suggest you avoid if you don’t want to cry all night like me beacuse of botched hair.

The customer service from the entire team at the salon at Abbey Wood was exceptional. Diksha and Aysha were absolutely amazing. They were so patient and made my appointment an absolute experience. It was also my birthday and they have no idea how much they made my day extra special. I might have just found a beauty parlour that I’m definitely sticking with in London x

I had a wash and blow dry… this was perfect, cannot fault them for that. But I then had also booked for “Party” makeup £70.50 for makeup seemed steep (I paid separately for my hair) but I’ve hurt myself and cannot do it myself at the moment and I had a party to go to so thought why not treat myself? I explained I was going to a “black tie event” which I guess may have caused confusion? I had to ask her to redo parts of my make up twice. First she told me to just lean my head back and close my eyes, didn’t ask me if I wanted certain things or colours. I asked for Smokey eye, glittery and glam. What I got was glittery pink eyes with think black eyeliner that looked like I was going to a Halloween party, bright pink circles on my cheeks (I’ve never seen blush in bright pink circles?) and a blush line on my forehead? And makeup that was caking and coming off right away. I pointed this out and she said she would fix it, which she didn’t, and again the second time I told her I didn’t like it, she again didn’t ‘fix’ it like she said she would. Not to mention, every other time I’ve had make up done, for hygiene reasons, the artist has also used a spoolie when putting on mascara, she used the wand from the actual mascara? All in all, it was wasted money as I had to wipe it all off as soon as I got home… not that that was hard, which again makes me think poor products were used. I had to bare through the pain and do a basic look on myself that was at least acceptable for the event! I wouldn’t waste your money here if that is the standard they are presenting.

I had such a lovely experience at Rush&Ry North Greenwich! I went in for a blow dry, a trim, pedicure, and gel and everything was absolutely perfect. The team were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They kept asking for my opinion throughout, and you could really feel their patience and passion for what they do. The pedicure was especially amazing, and my blow dry turned out so beautiful that I actually changed my mind about colouring my hair! I even told them I’d rather just keep coming back for their blow dries instead. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience I’ll definitely be back! ✨
