Bina has great attention to detail with good customer services, gentle too. I am so pleased that she repaired the balayage I have had it done here a month ago. Now I look better and my hair too. Keep it up Bina!

I walked in off the street and the ladies were so accommodating. I had a wash and cut without too much waiting. The experience was very relaxing and the cut was perfect. I am aware of the bad reviews but I have had the opposite experience. This is the second time I have been to this salon. I just want to say thanks to the ladies today. I hope to be back soon.

I normally come here every 6 weeks for eyebrow threading and face waxing, and it has always been my go-to salon, which makes today’s experience even more disappointing. Firstly, when I arrived there was a man sitting on the couch in the waiting area. As this is a ladies’ parlour, I found that quite uncomfortable and inappropriate. I then had my eyebrows threaded by someone I hadn’t seen there before, and unfortunately she ruined the shape of my eyebrows by threading hairs that should not have been removed. I’m really upset with how they’ve turned out. During my face waxing, the service felt very rushed. I have very sensitive skin, so care and attention are really important. Just because there are customers waiting doesn’t mean the customer currently being treated should be rushed through. Good service is what keeps people coming back. To make things worse, I was charged £25 for half-face waxing and eyebrow threading. I’ve always previously paid around £15–£17, so I was very surprised by this. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and upset. I’ve been coming here regularly, but after today’s experience I won’t be returning. It’s especially frustrating because once eyebrows are over-threaded, there’s no easy way to fix them.

I received excellent service here. This was my first time using this salon, and I will definitely use it again. The stylist Nayyar was excellent, she was friendly and professional. I love my new hair look. Thank you.

I have been coming to this salon for years. I have read varying reviews from different customers but I can genuinely say, hand on heart, that I have never had to complain. The ladies know that I prefer waxing to threading and always accommodate me. On Thursday I arranged a hair appointment with Nayyar. I'm always cautious of trying a new hairdresser and I wear my hair quite long and always have it coloured. She was AMAZING. Firstly she was honest. Explained it would take longer than she thought but because I had too much grey she would have to do my highlights separately. She matched my main colour beautifully and the highlights which I didn't think I'd like, I really did. When it came to cutting she also showed her expertise and although it was shorter than I expected the length to be, she knew what she was doing and the style suited me exactly as she said it would. She let me enjoy the peace and quiet, no nonsensical chit chat and I could relax. She kept checking everything was okay throughout my time in the salon and when I left it was with a huge smile and a bounce in my step. Thank you very much Nayyar. So happy! Kathryn x
