I absolutely enjoyed my experience in my first visit at the salon. The services are in a high quality and in a professional manner. Apart from that, I received much more care, respect and attention from them towards my needs and this is a very pleasant feeling. Great experience getting hair smoothening treatment. Was fast with two stylists working to finish quicker. Service was nice and relaxing with drinks offered multiple times. Even was charged less based on how much product was used. Happy with the overall result, hair is smoother, and healthier and much easier to manage whilst retaining waves, natural bounce and shine. Process was straightforward and you need to avoid water for 48 hours after but no issue with being around baby during that time as product is rinsed out in the salon, something I was apprehensive about. Now I don’t have to worry about dealing with hair whilst taking care of my baby so I’m looking half decent most of the time.

It was me and my daughters first time at saks, and even we weren’t sure what we wanted 100%. After some discussions Emma helped us decide and she was beyond amazing, she was very attentive with her work but also very very friendly. She made sure we were comfortable and she made sure we loved our hair, which we did. Love that there is a private room for us hijabi women. Will be returning.

I’ve visited SAKS for a couple of years now, and Francesca is my go to for my nails and lash lift! Not only is she amazing at what she does (she’s brilliant at nail art!), she always has a smile on her face and is always there to lend an ear! I’ve even recommended her to my best friend, who is now a client of hers too! :)
