Booked online for a full body body sculpting treatment advertised as covering lymphatic drainage, arms, back stomach and legs for 75 minutes. I was in the room for 50 minutes at most including forms and consultations. The suit I was given had hairs and holes in it and smelled. I paid £30 online deposit and an additional £30 cash at the of the treatment (instead of the outstanding £69) to reflect my treatment time being cut short and not all areas advertised being covered. Someone later tried to harass me via WhatsApp saying I’ve not made any payment for the treatment. You have misadvertised a service and only provided 2/3 out of the time indicated therefore only received 2/3 of payment. You have to honour what you promote in your online offers rather than just treating them as a quick money grab. The whole booking process was extremely unprofessional as well I should’ve known then to just dispute the charge with my bank and not waste my time. Scammers.

I had the most amazing experience at salon house, the one stop shop had my LPG, facial eyebrows and hair cut and blow dry all in one appointment and I feel like a million dollars. The team Ela and Ersan were so attention and I felt so special. Thank you Salon house team will be back next month.

I have been to the salon many times for nails but this was the first for hair. I saw Ersan and he was exceptional. There was so much care and detail given to my hair. He finished it with a lovely blow dry and was kind enough to send me home with a tangle teaser. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a perfect cut, treatment and blow dry. Highly recommend!
