First time going to this Salon and i loved it. Sadaf and Alisha made me feel so comfortable and at home, we had such a laugh chatting and Sadaf put highlights in my hair just how I wanted. It turned out so nice she listened to what I wanted and she did that. Thankyou so much will be coming here again definitely.

Paid for hair cut wash and blow dry few months ago but forgot to do a review. The lady here is very lazy! I asked for a curly blow dry and she replied with ‘oh you are really trying to make me work huh’ instead of a curly blowdry that i asked for she curled my hair with a straightener and sprayed a stiff hairspray. Never have i been to a salon where there have refused a curly blow dry but they love to advertise and post videos of them doing curly blow dry. Lazy staff

I’ve been here a few times, for a fringe cut usually. Unfortunately, I will not be going back because the stylist just does whatever she wants. Today I went in for a wash, cut and blow-dry because I had a wedding so I wanted some light face framing and my hair styled with curls. I was told that I did not need a wash/blow-dry cause my hair was already clean which was predominantly why I visited the salon, in the first place. I told the stylist so many times that I liked my haircut cause it felt healthy and I just wanted some light face framing, or possibly a u-cut, no layers. I told her that I like my hair blunt because I like putting my hair up in a clean plait without any hair sticking out. I told her that I really do not like layers because it makes my hair feel thin. But despite all my wishes and multiple assertions, I left with layered hair that I can’t plait anymore. The stylist kept assuring me that she knew curly hair, cutting me off when I was telling her what I wanted and basically did whatever she wanted to do. I really did not feel listened to, at all. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I wanted to cry when I left the salon because she ignored literally everything I said. I know it’s just hair and it will grow back. But, here is some critical feedback; please just listen to the customer.

Walked into the Salon for the first time, no appointment booked, the hairstylist/ manager Sadaf was amazing! So polite and accommodating. Excellent customer service and made recommendations on what I wanted and what would work for me! I am most definitely returning there again! I love the atmosphere and the chat ❤️
