Excellent service from Preet. She did my hair massage, face massage, and eyebrow threading perfectly. Very friendly, professional, and attentive. I left feeling relaxed and happy with the results. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m a regular customer here, and everyone is always so kind and welcoming. The salon is consistently clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. I’ve had lash lifts here several times, and I’m always happy with the results—they carefully lift each lash beautifully. Highly recommend!

I booked myself for a Japanese head spa 90 minutes. The experience of booking was fine and straightforward. I got to the salon and as you can see it's a bit of a mess. Aesthetics are important and that's what's lacking in this salon. The salon also doubles for a parcel collection service, hence all the parcels. It looks untidy and the aesthetics of a salon are important as part of the experience. In any case I went into the room and I have to say it was cold and so I requested another blanket on top of the one I had which helped, but again the room didn't feel welcoming and they need to work on the atmosphere and temperature. The head spa was nice I have to say, there was a lot of scalp work, I believe double shampooing and the essential oil head steaming was great. A thorough facial was included. I couldn't sleep though and in all honesty I couldn't really fully relax due to the issues as mentioned. The therapist was friendly enough although I found her a bit intrusive with her questions. She mentioned hair on my face then offered waxing and threading and I declined. I was there for the head spa and relaxation and I wasn't expecting someone to comment on the hair on my face at the same time. Also when she was blow drying my hair, she assumed I had children and asked have they got married. Again it's all very intrusive and not very professional, they need to work on that side of customer facing as well. Also, just to make everyone aware, they will request an additional £5 to blow dry your hair. The therapist said apparently it's mentioned on Groupon and I've looked and it's definitely not there. Transparency is important and it needs to be outlined clearly in advance. Now it's the next day, I have to say my hair feels a bit greasy I don't know if it's to do with the products used (also I don't think the back of my head has been thoroughly washed) but, I would have thought the cleanliness and softness which I felt would have continued the next day, but now I'm going to have to give it a wash. All in all I thought for value for money it's good, but I wouldn't go back again due to the salon aesthetics and they need to work on customer facing, and not asking intrusive questions.

My service was excellent. It was very relaxing to the point I also fell asleep several times. At the end after my hair was blow-dried, it felt so clean, soft and silky to touch plus it smelled great. 10/10 would recommend the Japanese Head spa if you never tried it.
