I booked a block of 10 post op massages with a different practice. I only came here as my usual place was closed during new year. This place was night and day. Flavia’s Post OP lymphatic drainage massage was outstanding. I unfortunately have another 6 left with my other massage woman but l'm going to continue with Flavia ( I’ve booked a block of 5 of her Post OP lymphatic drainage massages) and just use my other booking as infill. She is friendly, warm, put me at ease, shifted more fluid build up in one massage than my previous place down with 4. Honestly, book it and you won't be disappointed. Updated to include: I’ve now had 4 post op lymphatic drainage massages from Flavia and every experience has been to the same level of professionalism. But the peace of mind of seeing Flavia and her experience with post op care has really gave me some comfort during my recovery from surgery. Recovery can be lonely and scary, you second guess every thing that you feel is “ wrong” so seeing Flavia has provided me with that much needed support.

LEMON BOTTLE TREATMENT AND CYPRO FAT FREEZING TREATMENT I would just like to say I visited Flavia’s on 5 December 2025 and have been there a few times before I have used lots of different beauty companies for years and years and I will honestly say this lady is 100 per cent professional in every way Aldo the salon is immaculate clean and when you enter you feel right away your going to be treated with respect and not just after your money. It’s very upsetting when people try there best and who are doing everything right there is always dishonest not nice people who want to try and destroy someone’s livelihood This is not a fake review I’m a genuine customer who believes more people should try and me more nice in life it cost nothing. Flavia is a great women and believe me I would not settle for anything but first class treatment and this lady certainly provides this service. Thank you Flavia’s for making me feel relaxed and satisfied with everything you have done 🙏

I honestly can’t believe how bad my experience was at SB COSMETICS CLINIC. I was really excited to try a new beauty salon with such high ratings, but now I regret it completely. I went in for a facial treatment and mentioned several times that I have sensitive skin, but it was clear that my concerns were either ignored or not taken seriously. The staff was not thorough in assessing my skin type or discussing the products being used on my face. They seemed in such a hurry to get through the treatment that they didn’t care to address my needs. The results were devastating. My skin started reacting immediately after the treatment, with redness, irritation, and visible breakouts that I’ve never had before. The next day, my face felt dry, tight, and even more sensitive. I had to cancel my plans because I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the house looking like that. It’s incredibly frustrating because I trusted them to use professional products and techniques, but instead, they left me with damaged skin and no apology or remedy. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t follow up with me after the treatment to check on how my skin was doing. There was absolutely no aftercare or advice offered, which only added to my frustration. I tried reaching out to them, but the response was cold and unhelpful. It felt like they were more concerned about getting the money than ensuring their customers were actually satisfied and cared for. I wouldn’t trust this place with my skin again, and I highly recommend people with sensitive skin to stay away. I’m now left with the consequences of their poor service, and I’ve had to spend extra time and money at another salon to fix the damage done here. The glowing reviews don’t reflect the reality of my experience at all, and I feel misled. Avoid at all costs if you care about your skin health.
