Called a week ahead to ask whether the Hyperhydrosis treatment was £200 per hand or £200 for both hands. they said it was for both hands. I got there and the lady said it’s actually 200 per hand , meaning she wanted me to pay £400 pounds. The treatment didn’t go well, the numbing cream didn’t work , she only made 5 small injections per palm?! and i had to ask for the fingers to be included which costed extra… I ended up paying 250 for both hands ( and fingers) as i said i wasn’t going to pay 400 as i wasn’t informed before. Disappointing. Weeks later and there’s no difference🤷♀️

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this laser clinic. I paid for my treatment in full, but my appointments keep getting cancelled at the last minute with different excuses each time — from “no staff available” to “no electricity.” It’s been extremely frustrating trying to reschedule again and again without any reliable solution. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism, better communication, and respect for my time. Unfortunately, the constant cancellations have made the whole process stressful and inconvenient. I hope the clinic improves its organisation and transparency so other clients don’t go through the same experience

I purchased a full treatment package in February 2025 and paid in full, which in hindsight was a mistake. While the first few appointments were good, the service has significantly declined since then. Appointments have repeatedly been pushed back or cancelled, making it very difficult to complete the treatments I’ve already paid for. I deliberately waited until near the end of my sessions before leaving a review because I didn’t want any backlash, but I feel it’s important to be honest. Payment is taken very quickly, however the salon struggles to deliver the service promised. It feels like the business is overbooking clients without having the staff capacity to keep up. This is disappointing because the online advertising is very appealing, but in my experience the low pricing comes with compromises elsewhere. If my money wasn’t tied up in a prepaid package, I would have left earlier. I also had an issue with pricing transparency. I opted for a lip flip and agreed on a price during consultation. Only after the treatment was carried out was I told that a top-up would be required two weeks later at an additional £20. This was never mentioned beforehand or during the consultation, and should have been clearly communicated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon. I strongly advise against paying for treatments in full upfront. It’s a real shame, as I would have considered additional treatments if the service and management had been better. The issues appear to stem mainly from poor management and an inability to realistically pace bookings.

Very BAD experience. I was pressured to pay in advance for a laser hair removal package, and only after payment was I told the salon has extremely limited availability, working only a few days and hours a week. My first appointment was given almost two months later. After leaving the salon, I realised how unfair this was and immediately called to request a refund. The owner refused and only then suddenly “found” an appointment for the following week. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was only able to attend one session and politely requested a refund for the unused treatments. I was ignored completely, and despite asking multiple times, I was never provided with the salon’s refund policy. The full amount was kept, even though I paid via Clearpay as I didn’t have all the money to pay in one payment. Be very cautious before paying upfront, as there is a clear lack of transparency and customer care.
