My experience at harrow road DHL Would like appreciate Mrs Fatima, this is the third time she has been serving me. A very patient woman, she goes out her way , doing the extra mile to serve customers . All the above times I’ve needed the service which has been late and she has not once show sign that I am delaying her to going home. She serve with kindness. We need more people like her. Excellent experience with this shop! I have been using their services to send packages to Africa, especially through DHL, and they are very professional in how they handle customers. Their welcoming attitude and overall approach are truly commendable. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend this shop to anyone for sending packages or purchasing items. Their customer service is excellent at every level.

Walk in with a customer already having a fight with the guy behind the desk. My 1 star review is that fact that in a pandemic they only want you to use cash. And CHARGE for using card at DHL. Absurd and overpriced

Website says open, drive there, find parking, walk there. No dhl service because cowboys doing construction. Why don’t you put it on your website , NO DHL SERVICE !!!!! Too lazy ?!! Useless, do not use!!
