I’ve had quite a few treatments here and I am a regular (can’t stop coming!) 😁 Treatments I have had include; The Exilis Ultra 360 Emsculpt & Hi EMT (Emsculpt was soo good!) Profhilo Lemon Bottle & Aqualyx (I preferred Aqualyx of the two) Botox I have regularly and I am always pleased with the results. It’s always nice seeing the girls and I always enjoy my visits here. I fully recommend. I usually have Laura is really nice, gentle, understandong and highly professional. Thank again for all my treatments so far! 😊

Wow Laura is just wonderful . She made me feel so comfortable and she is so professional. She gave me brilliant advice and made me feel at ease, I went for rosacea IPL and I was so embarrassed and anxious about how bad my skin was but she never once made me feel any negative type of way about myself . She’s lovely to talk to . The space she is working from in stunning and very clean .You can tell she is passionate about what she is doing and also about the treatment of her clients . The process was really quick and she constantly checked if I was okay during the procedure . I was so nervous attending my first appointment but now I can’t wait to go back .I’ve noticed a difference with my skin to , its almost a week later and my skin looks smoother and slightly less red which is more than what I was expecting as my rosacea is very prominent . Would absolutely recommend Laura at serene .

It was lovely to see Laura again. She is a very kind, warm and genuine person. Also, she is thoroughly skilled, professional and extremely knowledgeable. This is evident with multiple, framed qualifications proudly displayed on the walls. I love my new eyebrows too- the most perfect and complimentary shape! Thanks so Much Laura I hope to visit again for a beauty treatment very soon- perhaps some microdermabrasion!

I’ve had a number of treatments with Laura and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is so friendly, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable, and she really puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. The salon itself is spotless and feels very clean and luxurious, which always makes the whole experience even better. I’ve had laser hair removal, laser resurfacing, the EMS machine, fat freeze and laser tattoo removal with her, and I’ve been extremely pleased with the results from every single treatment. Laura is also very reasonably priced for the level of care, skill and results she provides. I can’t recommend her enough.

I’ve been seeing Laura for around 8 months now and she’s fantastic — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely knows her stuff. I absolutely love the Dye-VL laser: there’s no downtime and it’s made a real difference to my pigmentation and rosacea. I’m also currently having hair removal treatments and have been really pleased with the results so far. If you care about your skin, this is definitely a clinic worth visiting. The pricing is very reasonable too, which is a bonus for the level of expertise and care.
