Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I paid in full to be a Botox model, but the appointment was cancelled by the academy. Despite repeated follow-ups, no suitable alternative date was offered and my payment has not been refunded. Taking payment in advance and then cancelling without providing the service or issuing a refund is completely unacceptable. There has been no clear communication or accountability, and I have been left out of pocket. I would not recommend this academy to anyone, especially if you value your time and money.
