I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for the past three years, and I’m still so happy with the results from Sharna Apu. She always does an amazing job. I’ve also had haircuts and eyelash extensions done here, and it always turns out beautifully. I had a really disappointing and the worst experience at Sharna’s Beauty Spa. I went in expecting a professional eyebrow treatment, but unfortunately the service was far from acceptable. The beautician was extremely rough on my face throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Despite explaining how I wanted my eyebrows shaped, she made it look like a thin line leaving them uneven and not suited to my face at all. On top of that, the attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional, which made the situation even worse. After my visit, I checked other reviews and noticed similar complaints from other customers, which is very concerning. I would strongly suggest that proper training and customer care improvements are needed. Based on my experience, I would not return.
