First impression is that everybody ignores you, I came at the salon 30 min earlier, so I just sat and was waiting for my app, nobody came to me to ask for what treatment I came not even a hello, when time was 10:02 I went to ask when will I be seeing and girl with big lips just looked at me with angry face asking what for???? Really ?? That is not a customer service, she look at you from the top to the bottom, I have never experienced that. However as soon Gina came up to me I was feeling better as she made me comfortable. I was going to book another visit with them to do the nails however will have to find different place for that.

Great customer service and management Hair , nail , waxing experts available. Good location near bus stop and 10 mins walking from station. Many treatments options also provided. Lil pricey yet worth the service provided. Must book an appointment in advance. Better to call and finalise. Men salon also available next doors. Payment accepted is card and cash. Overall very relaxing experiance.
