My experience at Sheer Clinic has been truly special, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight Harriet, who has been my clinician throughout this journey. From the very beginning, Harriet has been nothing short of incredible. She has been treating my eye hyperpigmentation/melasma, and what stood out most wasn’t just her professionalism and knowledge, but the way she made me feel. She approached everything with such care, patience, and genuine understanding. At times, it felt more like speaking to a friend than being in a clinical setting. This treatment journey came at a time in my life when I was already feeling stretched, balancing motherhood, two pregnancies, and a busy day-to-day life. The pigmentation had a much bigger emotional impact on me than I expected, and Harriet truly understood that. I never felt dismissed or rushed; instead, I felt heard, supported, and reassured every step of the way. Because of her, and the wonderful team at Sheer Clinic, this experience has been so much more than just a treatment. it’s been a confidence-restoring journey. I’m incredibly grateful to the whole team, and especially to Harriet, for taking such good care of me. It means more than I can put into words ,truly more than they can imagine.

I’ve been a customer of Marilyn’s and Sheer since the shop opened. I’ve had various treatments over the years and all are amazing. The team are fantastic. I’m a regular of Magda’s for toes and nails - the best I’ve ever had! Harri & Zoriana do beautiful facials. Marilyn is awesome at laser and I hear the tweakments are brilliant. Hollie at front of house looks after everyone including my dad!

I’ve been going to Magda for my nails for around three years, and she is truly the best. In all that time, without ever missing an infill, my nails never break or become damaged — they’re always such high quality and look perfect every time. She’s a perfectionist who pays incredible attention to detail, and all her work is flawless. Magda really understands what suits you the best and always takes the time to make sure everything perfect. My nails always look amazing and last incredibly well. On top of that, she’s such a wonderful person — professional, kind, and genuinely cares about her clients. She always gives the best advice and never fails to make me laugh. I can’t recommend her enough!
