I just have to say a massive thank you to Rina and the whole team! From the moment I walked in, all the girls at the reception were so lovely and welcoming. I’ve had this treatment done somewhere else before, but this was hands-down the best experience I have ever had. Rina is an absolute gem—she is so incredibly kind, professional, and has this wonderful way of making you feel completely at ease and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about her! She turned the whole experience into something I actually look forward to. I will absolutely only be coming back here from now on. Thank you all for making me smile!

I’ve been getting body waxing done with the seven kings branch for years before they closed and gave Ilford a chance. I’ll be honest, the actual waxing is a very good service. Yesterday went to get Hollywood, full legs and bum. It’s a very intimate appointment so I’m glad the lady made me feel comfortable etc. when it came time to pay, they tried to charge me £95 instead of the £75 like it should be according to the price list. To be honest I was shocked because last time I was charged £95 because I did my full back as well. This time the lady waxed a little patch just below the belly button and my tail bone area and proceeded to say that both were £15 each??!! I get those areas done as a regular before and usually get them done for no extra charges because it’s HARDLY a single strip for both. Then they said it’s £95. So all in all I paid £20 extra for the areas that aren’t even in the menu. There was a lady who proceeded to lie to me and said that the below belly button area is charged “as an abdomen” and the tail bone is charged as “half back”???? Seriously does that even make sense to anyone. It is completely unjustifiable and outrageous to be charged £20 extra for those areas when I’ve never been charged for it before. It’s very disappointing because after payment I was just about to discuss and book a facial laser appt but you guys really missed out on a loyal customer and someone who recommends this place a lot over a £20. Will not be visiting again

I have done laser and microneedling with Shumaila's for 6 months now and I have seen great improvement. My clinician was Mandeep and she has been very kind and helpful and has advised me very patiently about my skin and any improvements or treatments I needed to take and my skin is glowing and even the laser I have seen significant reduction of hair. I definitely recommend everyone to come here and get these treatments as family and have friends have also given great reviews.

We visited Shumaila’s Salon yesterday for eyebrow threading, and my daughter was extremely happy with the results. Reena, who did her eyebrows, was very kind, friendly, and professional. She did an amazing job and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the appointment. We truly appreciate her excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommended! We would encourage everyone to visit the salon and experience their wonderful service.
