I’ve now had two laser sessions at Shamaya’s Clinic and I can honestly say I’ve had such a positive experience so far. I’ve previously travelled quite far for laser treatments, including into Central London, so finding somewhere much closer to home in Essex that provides such a good service has been a massive plus for me. From my initial consultation, I was really impressed with how thorough everything was. The clinic manager took her time to properly explain how the laser works, the science behind the treatment and what I could expect. I’ve had laser treatments elsewhere before, but I don’t think I’ve ever had someone explain the process to me in that much detail. It immediately made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in knowledgeable hands. I also want to give a special mention to Umey, who carried out my treatment today. She was such a lovely lady! She greeted me so warmly and was polite, friendly and professional throughout the whole treatment. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, which is so important when you’re having laser treatment in more intimate areas. Thank you, Umey! The staff overall are genuinely so welcoming and friendly. I’ve now had two treatments and both experiences have been great, with no issues or side effects, and I’m really happy with how things are going so far. I would especially recommend Shamaya’s Clinic to other women who struggle with unwanted facial or body hair due to PCOS. It can be such an upsetting and confidence-affecting part of PCOS, and having somewhere local where you feel comfortable, understood and well looked after makes such a difference. For anyone in Essex who is considering laser treatment, particularly if you’ve been travelling into London like I was, I would definitely recommend giving Shamaya’s Clinic a try. I’m really glad I found them and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatments. ❤️

I started my journey with Shumailas 2 months ago. They are super friendly and super nice. They make you feel good about yourself. The girl who’s doing my treatment is the best. Her name is Upneet kaur. She always welcomes me with a smile and she is fun to talk to. I’m pretty sure I’ll be coming back even after my laser is been done. I loved my consultation! Everyone was so kind, welcoming and helpful. I had a HydraFacial with Ambar for my congested skin, and she did such an amazing job. I've completed Cosmelan, 3 hydrafacials with microneedling and a body & face laser hair removal package. Results were reasonable given the time frame. Treatment rooms tidy and clean. Staff approachable and friendly. They're flexible if needing to reschedule, however, I found that when I rescheduled my laser hair removal, I got a different person and it was always rushed. They also disregarded medical notes so anyone on medication should check with a doctor before paying for treatments here. Also the bathroom for customers was filthy every time as if it hadn't been cleaned for months, so I recommend going before arriving at the clinic. Another downside is the hard sell during what should be a peaceful appointment, but that is to be expected with a large chain clinic.

I had such a wonderful experience with Nazia for skin tag removal. I had two failed cryotherapy procedures elsewhere, she recommended electrocautery and I wish I had seen her first!
