My 14 year old daughter got her second ear piercing done at silky smooth today. Priya was superb, she settled my daughter’s nerves and took her time to talk through the procedure and aftercare. They had a wide variety of earrings to choose from and offered water and little sweet treats after to help with the adrenaline. Everything was hygienic and professional, I would highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting Silky Smooth Beauty in Ealing Broadway, and I am incredibly impressed by the quality of service here compared to the average salon in the Ealing area. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The booking process was incredibly easy and flexible; I even had to rearrange my appointment at very short notice, and they accommodated me without any hassle. I didn't have to pay in advance and they take cards and that's usual for this kind of services. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the impeccable tidiness and cleanliness of the location, which instantly made me feel comfortable. I was looked after by Tiziana, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and thoroughly professional and she actually used the full 30 minutes expected for the treatment. There was absolutely no rush at all. Tiziana was extremely attentive and precise with her work, ensuring the treatment was not painful at all. To top it off, she finished with a wonderful, cooling final massage that left me feeling completely pampered. I highly recommend Silky Smooth Beauty and will definitely be back!

Had my daughter’s ears pierced here and honestly it was such a memorable experience. Priya was amazing with her, she’s only 3 and was a bit nervous but excited at first but Priya really made her feel comfortable and special. She is amazing and so patient. We came with my mum and my 5 year old son as well and she just created a really nice, calm atmosphere for everyone. My daughter barely felt any pain which I didn’t expect at all, she was actually smiling after (I applied a bit of Emla numbing cream on her ears which probably helped a little). I also felt really reassured about the hygiene and everything, and Priya is just so kind and professional but in a very natural way, not forced. Would 100% recommend especially if it’s for a child or first piercing. Really happy and I think my daughter will remember it in a good way ❤️🌷🌷 sooo happy

I recently visited this place to have my second ear piercing redone, and I was a little apprehensive at first. The lady who assisted me, Priya, was absolutely wonderful. I was very impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly manner, which made the entire process feel safe, quick, and comfortable. The aftercare guidance she provided was phenomenal as well. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend trying her services. I’ll also be booking my mum in for a facial soon!
